You don't generally think of indoor air quality when you are thinking about what all you could be breathing in, but the fact is that the quality of the air in your office or home can be affected by a lot of things, and may not be as good as you think it is, especially when your house is sealed up for winter or whatever other reason. Another option, and one which can handle your whole house as well as be more comprehensive, is to go with an air filtration system. These systems can be portable or they can be something that you can attach to your whole house and will work with your HVAC system as well. Depending on what kind of filtration system you go with, you can get a whole lot of things out of your air and can make your whole building's air quality better. For example, HEPA filters can absorb nearly 100% of contaminants. They are also fairly robust. Those two facts put together to make them very popular and mean that they are found in a lot of different places, from your vacuum cleaner to your air filtration system.
